Rob Bristow

Rob is an experienced built environment and sustainability practitioner in the fields of planning, regeneration, climate change and local engagement.  Rob has held a number of senior positions within London local authorities.

Currently Director of Climate, Planning and Transport at Lambeth, Rob has been closely involved with the Council’s digital planning programme since its inception, working with colleagues in DLUHC and other local authority partners to develop a new back office system tailored to the needs of local authorities and their customers, and to assisting the submission of valid first time planning applications.

Rob is a chartered town planner and a member of the Chartered Management Institute, and is the current president of the Planning Officers’ Society, the national body for public sector planning professionals
