Nicola Gooch

Nicola is a Partner in the Irwin Mitchell Planning & Environmental Team, with a particular expertise in mixed use regeneration projects and enabling developments. She acts for a wide variety of private sector clients, including housebuilders, land promoters and development companies; retail developers, investment funds; care home providers and crematoria. She also regularly advises clients on the Community Infrastructure Levy.

Nicola is a featured columnist in The Planner and a regular contributor to Property Week, Estates Gazette, Planning Magazine and Co-Star. She is one of the main contributors to the Irwin Mitchell Property Blog, which has gathered a substantial following.  Nicola was also one The Planner’s 2023 Women of Influence.
