Mark Skilbeck

Mark’s professional background is in Planning with over 25 years in Development Management, Land Acquisition and Planning Promotion throughout the UK with significant experience in both Retail and Residential Sectors.

As UK Planning Director, Mark’s role has a direct focus on Taylor Wimpey’s planning strategy, with responsibilities for complex planning matters, and training and development of planning skills, community engagement and delivery of sustainable communities within the Group. 

Mark supports Taylor Wimpey’s Group Management Team in its response to the UKs evolving planning system.

Mark is a member of the RTPI, Chair of the Home Builders Federation National Planning Committee, and previously Vice-Chair of British Property Federation Planning Committee.
