Lap Pan Chong

Pan is a Planning Team Leader at the London Borough of Southwark. He leads on the development management of major development in the Old Kent Road (OKA) Opportunity Area, as well as shaping the OKA Area Action Plan to facilitate one of the largest regenerations in London. Prior to this, he worked at Enfield Council where he led and facilitated complex strategic developments from concept to occupation with a track record of timely delivery, positive outcomes and effective working relationships with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders. He has a wide range of experience in development management, community infrastructure levy, local plan preparation and community engagement in the public, private and third sectors. He is a Steering Group member of BAME Planners Network and a volunteer of Planning Aid for London.
