Katie Yates

Katie has worked in marketing and communications for over 20 years, the last seven in the land promotion sector and prior to that in the commercial property market.

Her current role is Director of Marketing and Communications for the leading strategic land promoter Catesby Estates, where she is responsible for corporate communications and supporting the land & planning teams with site specific marketing requirements including supporter mobilisation.

Catesby Estates were original founder members of The Land, Planning and Development Federation (LPDF), and Katie acted as head marketer for the set-up, initial launch and ongoing running of the federation for over two years.
