David Morris

David has worked in housebuilding, planning consultancy and property development across a broad range of mixed use projects throughout the UK.

His current role is Planning and Operations Director for the leading strategic land promoter Catesby Estates.  David also sits on the Urban&Civic Executive Management Committee and Senior Strategy Group as part of his role within the parent company and the wider group activities.

He sits on multiple committees related to the housebuilding and land promotion sector and is a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) and the Home Builders Federation (HBF) National Planning Committee. He was also part of the founding member group of The Land, Planning and Development Federation (LPDF) and also sits on their Technical and Policy Committee.
