David has 25 years experience in planning for development working in consultancy and previously in local government.

David advises a range of clients on plan-promotions, planning applications and planning appeals for strategic and major scale residential and mixed-use development.

David is an experienced public speaker, an author of articles on planning for development and has given evidence to the House of Lords Built Environment Committee on meeting the UK’s housing demand.
