Barratt is the UKs largest housebuilder operating from 29 Divisions from Aberdeen to Exeter. Across 2022 and 2023 Barratt built over 35,000 homes of which 7,757 were affordable for lower-income families in housing need. Barratt was this year awarded HBF 5-star status for the 15th consecutive year, meaning that for 15 years consecutively, over 90% of customers would recommend Barratt to friends or family.  The NHBC Pride in the Job (PIJ) awards are the industry 'Oscars' awarded by the NHBC to reward excellence in construction. This year Barratt was awarded 96 PIJ awards, the most by any housebuilder for 19 consecutive years.

Barratt has constructed over 500,000 homes since 1958, has over 6000 direct employees, and supports 46,000 supplier jobs in 12,000 different businesses. Barratt recently won the Large Developer of the Year at both the RESI Awards and the Housebuilder Magazine awards.
