Alex Goodman KC

Alex Goodman KC practices in all aspects of planning, environment, public and human rights law. He is often instructed on public interest cases concerning climate change including acting for the successful claimant in a case about Net Zero planning policies (R (Rights: Community Action v SSLUHC [2024] EWHC 359 (Admin)). Previous cases include acting for the Claimants Vince, Monbiot, and Good Law Project in a claim for judicial review compelling the Secretary of State to review the Energy National Policy Statements on climate change grounds. He also acts in international constitutional cases on climate change including in Uganda and Guyana.
